Note de dégustation
The nose offers a certain gluttony, a fine concentration and a very fine power. It reveals notes of vanilla, bright blackberry and slight notes of fleshy blueberry associated with small touches of crushed strawberry, slight hints of lily, toasted/caramelized and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a little smoothness, a fine tension as well as a little power and a slightly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of luscious/juicy raspberry, luscious/fresh red berries and slight hints of violet associated with touches of blackberry as well as slight hints of cardamom, clove and fine hints of vanilla. The tannins are finely firm.
